我都想放弃写作了...  什么都写不出来啊？？

1, in politics, government bureaucracy  causes damage to democracy, thus thus seperating the citizens from the government
1) the democracy is a system of duputies , but in bureaucrtic government fail to compose the representives of the citizens.
2) the primary principle of democracy is equality, but bureacracy usually breaks such rule

2, in economy, government bureaucracy  hinder the development of economy , thus seperating the citizens from the government
1)legislation can not reflect the need of citizens
2)administration is ineffetive
example: X town in Y country, citizens fail to invest the town for government bureaucracy  

3, solution
1)establish a system in government that reflect the ideas of citizens
2) set up supervison system
