作者选C，我怎么觉得不对，因为无论怎么取8个数，SD都和原来不同的。

I think this question must be ask what the standard deviation is? not ask wether the SD is same as before.

as it is asking WHETHER the sigma(SD) will change , and the answer from 1)+2) is'yes'

1) alone is not sufficient ,
since the new set of number can be eg，6，8，10，12，14，16，18，20， or 4,8，10，12，14，16，18，22 ...
but with 2) the new set can only be 6，8，10，12，14，16，18，20 therefore the sigma(SD) is certain
