三个问题

又有三个问题，盼望众大虾指点迷津

答案是all one has to do with cattle is leave them alone while they feed themselves and then corral them and
可是我觉得也有问题。all one has to do里应有that引导来修饰ALL。而且，....is do也不对啊，应用....is to do。
我选了the only thing that has to be done with cattle is ......

2.[U]After the Colonial period's 50 percent mortality rate life expectancy improved for children, but [/U]as late as the nineteenth century about one child in three died before reaching the age of six.
答案是Although life expectancy for children improved after the Colonial  period ,during which the mortality rate was 50 percent.
可是我选的是Despite children's life expectancy improvement from the Colonial period's 50 percent mortality rate,这个答案有什么不好呀

3.In the face of widespread concern about environmental waste,compact disc manufacturers are attempting to find a replacement for [U]the disposable plastic box in which [/U]they package their product.
这就是答案。可我的答案是the disposable plastic boxes in which to
我觉得box用复数好象更好点，从句里用不定式也更简练些。

However, if the whole five chioces express the same way, or the others is worse in expression than " to do is do", we must choose this one, because this chocie can express the meaning of sentence more concise and pricse.

3. if we utilize the word boxes in the sentence, the word-they-must be equal to boxes. Is it right?

1 在第一个问题里面,新东方给的答案是有问题的,应该选d.c错在并列结构上。and then 只能用在最后一重的并列上，如果按照c的讲法，最后一个and后的drive是和is并列，句子的逻辑意思就有问题了。
2 improve比improvement好(在逻辑意思合理的情况下,动词比名词好)
3 注意原文的(1)a replacement(2)用不定式同时还会产生歧异,以为package这个动作是boxes发出的.

关于第一题，我不同意你的看法。
最后的and连接corral 和 drive的。先养，再卖。我认为逻辑前后顺序不错。
