right cylinder 是不是 截面是正方形的圆柱体？ 如果是的话，应该是选D 吧？

right cylinder 是直柱，截面可以是长方形也可以是正方形，，正方形的只是长方形的一种特殊形式，
A，只能知道底的周长，但我们不知道它的截面是正方形还是长方形就不能确定答案，
但加上B就可以了，
