等量的lighter和milk,前者可使cholesterol水平更高,因为B中的解释,1gram fat 的效果和25毫克cholesterol 的效果是一样的,2 gram fat就相当于50 millgrams,这明显比milk的胆固醇高多了,所以lighter使胆固醇水平高多了。
