中行的国际卡可以用作网上申请需要的信用卡吗？

网上申请需要的信用卡，用中行的国际卡可以吗？是不是申请到卡后，只要把卡号添在APPLICATION FORM上，学校就会把申请费从你的卡中转走，没有其他的什么手续了吗？这样安全吗？

i guess bank of china will charge u a fee...........make sure u know how much they charge for each transaction.

u should use credit card only.

Be sure not to use Proxy when submitting the application and paying the application fee. It will be unsafe.
