which factor may be decisive to apply for the scholarship of HKUST?
The living expense in HK is too high.

TOP

The total cost of HKUST MBA is around HK$ 260,000(16 months), with tuition fee of 160,000 and living expense around 100,000.More living expense may be needed for the exchange semester, which is required for each MBA student.

Award of scholarships is merit based, just like other b-schools.

It sounds not cost-effective to study in HK with such big amounts expense.
I may be able to study in a decent B-school at UK with 300K RMB expense one year .
How about the chance to win the full-scholarship for mainland applicant in HKUST?

TOP

What do you mean by "decent B-school" anyway? I know people spent around 1,000,000 RMB at LBS for two years.

I heard that HKUST will hold its MBA info session in Shanghai on Dec.12th, the speaker is Prof.John Hulpke, the former MBA program Dean of CEIBS. I may come to hv a look.
