这个题目是个超级杀手，非常有迷惑力。我做的时候也错了，不过新东方的老师给讲解过以后就非常清晰了。ETS在这里精心构造了好大一个陷阱。

首先抽象出题目的本质：由于interaction导致了高血压。而这个interaction是高盐食品和不适应高盐食品的基因之间的interaction。要支持这个命题，可以从正面支持。即：A->B支持；也可以支持它的逆否命题来支持，即：非B->非A。
其次，要看请问题。问题问的是“which of the following statements about present-day, westernized Black African”。所以，下面每一个选项所描述的事实都是有关westernized Black African这帮人的描述。那么很明显，既然这些人都是westernized，那么他们一定都是吃高盐食品的。所以要吧吃高盐食品这个条件带入到4个选项中去。
第三，A中描述的这帮人他们的祖先是生活在高盐地区的，那么说明他们的基因是适应高盐的基因。
第四，既然是适应高盐的基因，又吃的是高盐的食品，那么就不存在高盐食品与低盐基因的interaction。
第五，不存在interaction，又是低血压。那么A本身就是“非A->非B”类型支持。
按照这个思路去推理，就可以得到D答案是不正确的了。
