注意它的用词， not a significant ,如果这个选项改成： D. The difference in the interests rates paid to depositors by different banks is not a sole fcator of bank failures.
那么D答案就是一个假设了，因为sole的存在排除了所有的他因，而significant不是所有的。第一个题目的D答案应该是个support.

对于assumption最有效的判断是取非：若将选项取非，结论不成立。则它必是assumption.

通常assumtion的三种答案模式：1。A, B 之间的联系 2。 别的原因不导致B. 3. A成立或有意义。

说的真好，我是逻辑菜鸟，觉得这道题很绕。因为存款人不管银行的安全性，所以银行就不在乎自身的安全性，导致容易破产。而“存款人不管银行的安全性”是因为政府有insurance。E选项排除了“存款人不管银行的安全性”的一个原因：没有能力去选。所以只能是“政府有insurance”这个原因了。不知道这种思路对不对，请大虾们指点！
