这道题的逻辑错误很明显

就是我们要通过扩充库存到包括十种最畅销品牌来增加销售,可是问题是我们的八种最受大众欢迎的品牌里面只有七种在卖,还有一种根本就卖不出去,那末原文的方法不是很可笑吗,我认为most popular和best-selling根本就是一回事,我们该如何界定most popular,当然是通过销售情况了,没有可能most popular 的东西根本就卖不出去

The seven most popular brands of personal computers account for almost all computers sold.

E选项是说个人电脑的领先品牌正在丢市场,因为不畅销品牌提供相同品质产品但是价格便宜,由于和数量无关,领先品牌到底有几个,所以并不能够一定削弱

the popular bands 和the best-selling bands 是一样的吗,从什地方可以推出来呢?

这里涉及好几个概念,不知哪几个是一回事。

The argument does not equate "most popular" to "best selling". Otherwise the argument does not hold. The reasoning of the answer is that the company has 7 brands of computers that account for almost all the sales of computers. Adding other brands would not necessarily "increase the number of computer we sell".
