B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.

完全不懂怎么做，感觉应该是我理解题意。。中位数怎么可以从中求出呢？

从（1）来看，有25%的projects每个project有4个或者4个以上的人参与
从（2）来看，有35%的projects，每个project有2个或2个以下的人参与
那么剩余的40%的projects，唯一的可能性就是每个project只有3个人参与
所以中位数就是3。
