OA is C   I do not understand why C is the answer. This is my logic flow. Since a large portion of the population (the twenities ) will became over thirty. The portion who read newspaper regularly will increase since 50% of a large number will contribute more compared to 10% times the large twenites. Do not know why C is relevent.

说白了就是always be low怎么也比lower and lower强。。哈哈

Ten years later, the 20-year-old Domoricans will grow up while the 30-year-old Domoricans will be 40.So the only way to keep the number of Domoricans reading newspaper regularly constant is that the 20-year-old Domoricans now will learn to read newspaper regularly over the next decade.According to C, the proportion of Domoricans in their twenties who were reading newspaper regularly used to be low. As a result, I reckon that most of Domoricans will start to read newspaper regularly between 20 years old and 30 years old. So I choose C.
