OG的解释 B 流通增加 higher rates can be charged and revenue will increase.这里的HIGH RATES是什么。 我对这个选项的原本理解是流通增加，杂志的销售量也上升了，所以REVENUE也增加了，但是仔细一看说得是在广告上的REVENUE上升，感觉和总的流通量关系不大，请大神帮我讲个明白

这题我是这么理解的，如果整体的发行量增加的话，那么即使广告的收入比占得份额不变或者减少，但是由于总数变大，所以总的广告收入还是增加的。如果发行量没有增加或者减少，但是广告的收入还是增加了，那说明广告所占的收入比增加了，效益好了。

我举个例子吧，比如每本杂志中广告的收入可以是2元，发行100本，那么广告收入就是200. 现在广告的收入增加了，比方说增加到300元，但是如果发行量也增加了，比如发行了150本，这样的话，每本的广告的收入还是2元，所以广告的收入状况并没有变好，和以前还是一样。

按照你得说法我想关键就是在 广告收入=单份杂志广告收入X杂志的销量 这样单份杂志广告收入不变化，销量上升，广告收入也会上涨

我是这么理解的，但是看OG的意思的话，它的解释应该是发行量上升了，对广告的要价也会上升，从而导致广告收入的上升。
