因为条件说每个月最多6个人，所以假如每个月都是6个的话，就12个月里面，只有11个月有人过生日，正好有一个月是没有人过生日的。也说明如果有一个月没有满足最大值，也就是每个月不足6个人过生日的话，那么第12个月一定有人过生日。（可以把这第12个月看成是一月份，但其实是几月份都没有影响）
选项1,二月的比三月的多，说明三月没有达到最大值，所以一定有人在第12个月过生日，即12个月都有人过生日
选项2,5个人的生日在三月，也就是三月份没有达到最大值，同上。

要想有一个月没人过生日，66个人就只能分布在11个月上了，但每个月的人又不许超过6人，所以唯一一种可能就是66个人均分在11个月上。这11个月只要有一个不均衡在6个人上，1月上就会分到人了。
