题目：A部门采取了B措施，想达到C目的。
问题：加强。
错误选项：采取B措施是应该的，即加强B措施。
正确选项：采取了B措施能够达到C目的。

目的：取消报警亭可减少虚报，又不影响正常报警
正确答案：A，警方可以追踪报警的手机号码和地点，人们害怕被查出来就不会虚报，因此达到了目的
错误选项B：取消报警亭是应该的
错误选项D：取消报警亭是应该的

看加强题的时候感觉到的，不知道是否具有典型性，望大家指教~~~~

你的分析就有问题，B选项并不是说要取消alarm box，只是陈述maintain alarm box will cost a lot of money。这个属于无关选项。
D呢就是文章陈述的重复表达，没意义

B说因为维护报警亭每年要花$5m，所以取消报警亭是应该的
D说虚报导致警方对报警的反应能力下降，所以取消报警亭是应该的

你要注意文中说取消alarm box的原因是因为有false alarm，并不是因为cost。因为维护费高而取消alarm box是你主观加上去的逻辑。
D是部分加强了文章，但是也只是重复了文章提出的false alarm的坏处，并没有涉及到文章提出的取代的办法，相对于A来说，D不行

OG上是这么解答的：
B this may provide a reason for supporting the proposal ...说措施好
D this merely indicates that it would be good if the proposal had the intended effects...说措施好

要说B是无关也没错~~

顶一个 HUANGYOUHUIFEI 今天做到这题了 觉得很有代表性 不过这题貌似历史久远 以前的老答案是C 现在新答案是A 。。。 所以就PASS掉这题了。
