og12 cr 99求解释!!!

og12 cr99题没有明白题目解释啊,为什么说cooking和radiation一起能减少更多的VB1就是削弱了原题啊?为什么选E啊?

这题..cook导致损失的Vb1也不比radiation损失的VB1少,所以radiation就无关紧要

了?肯定不是阿,你本来就radiation了,损失了一大半,再拿去做菜,又损失了一大半,

都没Vb1了!!所以radiation损失=cook损失不能说明radiation无所谓,radiation还

是很害人的..

我觉得这道题你要用排除法做,
A:题里讲的是IRRADIATION 和 COOKING 哪个损失营养多,和PROPONENTS是谁无关
B: IRRADIATION 还有除了杀菌以外的功效和减不减少B1无关
C: 我一开始选的是这道题,后来想想,COOKING和IRRADIATION的目的不一样,并不影响他们是否减少食品的B1含量,无关
D: 这个加强了PROPONENTS的观点
E:有谈到了IRRADIATION和COOKING也谈到了REDUCTION OF B1和题目相关性最大,
正面想的话我还没想出来,我觉得你好好研究一下原文的意思,
