大龄MBA申请者，求参考意见

诚心求各位大牛意见
今年31，培训学校四年经验，其中两年市场管理经验，四大一年风险管理咨询经验，国内财经媒体（算最好的之一吧）三年财经报道经验，其中两年在美国，并为管理岗位。GMAT750，托福107，本科GPA3.3，香港研究生GPA3.7，均非商科背景，想转行做管理咨询，请教大牛们两个问题：1.不知前20的有多大可能（前3的我就没考虑了···）？2.如果选择保底学校，哪个档次的比较合适？有没有什么推荐的保底学校呢？感谢！

Top20应该是有很大可能能进的，保底的话Top30就行了。

问题是职业经历有点乱，感觉跳来跳去并不十分相关，怎么把Essay写顺利

是关键。

如果lz是想通过mba转去管理咨询的话，建议还是主要考虑Top16的项目

另外完全同意ls斑竹的观点，lz过往的工作经历看上去没有一条非常清晰的

主线，所以得在简历和essay里梳理好这部分的逻辑

Hey there and thanks for writing!
First of all with the nice GPAs you have and your 750 you have a nice shot at even top schools. Some schools like Harvard and Wharton won’t be that interested in you because of your age, but for most other schools you will still be in the running. Also, you might want to look into Top MBA programs from Europe if that is relevant – they tend to like slightly older candidates such as yourself: INSEAD, LBS, IMD…

For safe schools for you I think your profile is pretty strong, so any school out of the Top 20 would be a safe school.
