anyway，题目说有一个现象，是什么呢？
现象：computer industry经常换工作。
但是在另外一公司里，没有官僚制度，所以可以留得住人。
题目问加强。
如果是加强，就要找一个premises可以支持结论的。
B比D好的一点儿就在于B指出了这个官僚制度是影响工作的。而D说的只是satisfaction，并没有说dissatisfied或者satisfied对你的工作有什么影响没有。
