都是做定语的啊，我觉得是前置定语和后置定语而已。虽然3个修饰语没有平行标志，但是B项里他们的确平行，地位相等，open to discuss

我觉得是这样的consisting前没有逗号，只能做定语， 必须就近修饰organized society,也就是后者的定语，整个从句的结构就成了

female workers.
