lz实在是看不懂这句话的意思。。。就总是觉得除了C之外其他的都不合逻辑。。。比如A， effects怎么能和extremes of temperature, precipitation,and storminess对等呢？？？不合逻辑吧？最后实在没办法，看到C  effects are effects 就选了，虽然我知道C很罗嗦。。。

E，which引导的非限制定从，好像有点不清；those指的是effects还是extremes，模棱两可。
