这里的equal不能指数量相等。而是说他们2个的性质相同 A equal to B就是说

A 和B一样
这题应该是说前面那个eight million这个数量和 后面的enrollment的数量相同。

他们2个是不同性质的
所以应该用as many as。。
as后面省略的是people吧、、

唔。不是。
字典里说equal :the same in size,quantity,value,
前面的主语是8million people 和后面的人是不可能equal的
如果前面是Number 后面可以用equal
多体会下。我是这样理解的。呵呵。。
