条件1，去年年底，某市所拥有的所有房子中，90%的有人入住,并没有说去年新建的入住了多少，不充分

条件2，去年年底一共有7200栋房子被入住,没有和新建房屋建立任何关系,不充分.

两个条件合起来，也只能算出，去年年底时，某市一共有8000栋这种住房,anyway...和那230栋新造的房子没有关系,选e
