共青团工作经历会否有负面作用？

我曾经在某政府部门的共青团办公室做过3年的团委副书记，全职的，想用这段经历写LEADERSHIP, 其实也不过是组织几百个团员搞点活动，倒是有发挥的余地，但不知共青团是否敏感话题，政治色彩太浓，会有负面作用，请指教。
