我对正确答案没有疑问，但是对题目里面的词组有疑问。。。
我的问题是....题目中5个选项用的全是 distinguish A and B, 这是什么样的用法？我知道的是distinguish A from B 或者 distinguish between A and B,没有这样直接 and 连接的，这是ETS的一种什么用法?
还有，正确答案中 B. that it hampers the ability of some children to distinguish discrete sounds and
words and, as a result, to make 这里，两个逗号是表示什么意思？我对逗号的作用一直不是很清楚。。。我一直以为逗号前后都要是两个完整的 句子，就是有主谓，如果这样理解的话，后面的to make 不是没有主语？请大家指点。
