一般这种是不会选with+名词的，GMAC叫aukward，即不喜欢。且

如果选E，那么after having fallen的主语就不存在了，而C中的

which解决了这个问题。因为这一句中最近上升和之前下降其实是并

列的谓语成分。希望这样说你能明白。

谢谢谢谢，您解释的非常清楚，我有个误解就是一直觉得gmac不喜欢用定语从句，觉得他容易引起不明确，而喜欢用那种较为直接的介宾形式，看您这么一说，with后面那个after。。的确会引起主语不明确，恩恩，有道理，那我想问问您说一般都不用with+。。。就是觉得他会引起语义的不明确吗

不能从偏好上来解释，或者我觉着不能简单地从偏好上来解释。

我觉得这里最大的区别在于【which引导的是定语从句】，而【with后面是状语】
然后，定语从句是有先行词要求的，也就决定了说【which指代的是就是profits】，没有疑问或歧义。
而【with引导的状语】，从本质上是修饰整句话的。那这样的话，也就导致了它【修饰对象】不明显（或者说不如定语从句明显）~
