i calculated again:

assume hardcopy to sell more is X:

36000+X + 9 (36+X) = 441000

==> X=396900

should be E. why the answer is C?????????

hard copy是指书的精装版，paper copy是简装版；一般新书发行时，一开始会先

只发行精装版...过段时间才有简装版出版...

所以这句话：from the time the first paper copy was sold until the last

copy of the novel was sold, 9 times as many paper copies as hard copies

were sold.是指简装版出版之后，所卖出的精装版是简装版的1/9

所以答案是(441-36)*9/10=364.5
