前面的that是引导定语从句，修饰的是前面的equipment，such as light是插入语，后面的that是代词，修饰the amount of energy，两个that词性不一样

Bce中用it不对，因为that指代的是被不引人注意的器械所使用的能源数量，和之前的被可见的器械所使用的能源数量不是同一部分能源。
