我很迷惑B选项中which指代，这里李希强老师说which指代telephone所以是指代错误，但是which不是就近指代么，conversation也是n额，不是应该指代conversation么

两种解释B不对。

1.  a tool for private conversation 是用来修饰telephone的， 因为后面有but, 然后which,  所以B的which就是错误的指代telephone. 如果只有which, 没有but， which就应指代conversation.

2.  如果没有but, which是指代conversation，那不就也是错误指代吗？  本题是主语是RADIO！

看到这里我很疑问啊，a tool for private conversation that could substitute  考虑到that的就近原则  不就也可以理解成 conversation that could substitute for the telephone 吗？

所以我看到这里就觉得有歧义马上把C给排除了 结果答案还真是C....=.=

有没有高手帮忙解答一下呀？

恩，我知道两个指代都是错误，我是想不通which的跳跃指代，就是应该有but，所以它跳过修饰语直接修饰主词了是吗？

which 和it 指代有不同么？
我怎么看这题，所有答案的指代都有歧义，it或which都有可能指代M或者radio或者telephone吧，所以我根本没想指代错误问题

我觉得前半句，M强调的是substitute for telephone，所以根据句意强调，早早把C、D都排除了。怎么又不对了
