我选了A  我觉得is resulting 中is 省略了。。求解释  还有DE中 in which 到底什么意思？指代什么？

A中result需要与is more localized平行，因此应该是现在完成时，如果Mars认为result和localized都跟着is的话，需要一个形容词状态的result，但是result没有形容词形式。
DE中的in which中的which指代的是body’s inflammatory response to cuts and sprains，意思是在这个response中w.s和s 固定了受损伤的区域，解释了这个response的原理

恩。。我觉得是不是那个with有夹心修饰的嫌疑呢，所以用in which的话可以避免修饰歧义

同意楼上，先是主语一致选剩ADE, A中的with夹心修饰，杀，D中有连词instead连接两个句子，而E无连词，故选D
