这边答案是E，可我感觉A也正确，还请大家帮忙分析一下A和E的细微差别之处==

可能问题是alter 这个词吧    而A里面是直接的一个反命题 E里面是间接的  我也纠结了很久 体会一下吧 还是有点区别的我感觉

alter：改变，修改。我感觉不应该是因为这个。

会不会是“can be ”的语气更倾向于推测，所以就与A有所不同，疑惑中。。。===

我觉得A选项可以这么理解：

原文中：The more cholesterol we have in our blood, the higher the risk that we shall die of a heart attack。

若more cholesterol =A，higher the risk =B

则原文就是A推出B

而A选项中：low blood cholesterol可以认为是“非A”，lower the risk可以认为是“非B”（近似，不是绝对的吧~~还应包括相同的情况）

那么A选项就是 非A 推出 非B

这个不就是典型错误嘛 （只有 非B 能推出 非A）

我觉得E不是逆命题啊，它只是用了被动句而已吧。如果顺过来说就是certain change in life alter the risk.

不过对于A，如果把两个low都改成lower的话，是不是就对了呢？望NN解答~！

文章说“胆固醇越高，死于心脏病的可能性越大”
A选项说，“胆固醇低，死于心脏病的可能性就低”。A是错的没问题，但是解释有问题。
举个极端的例子，一点不含胆固醇时，死于心脏病的可能性为90%（很高），含量越高，可能性越大（超过90%）。
也就是说，胆固醇含量低，死的可能性也很大，而且随着含量的升高，死的可能性更大。
如果A选项改成“胆固醇越低，死于心脏病的可能性越低”则就是正确的。
