为啥不能用过去完成时， 逻辑上过去的过去已经繁荣， 但是这个过去的过去的时间和civilizations in the Nile Delta 是同样的时间？ 而且had又平行。 谢谢，。

我只能说，没有必要用过去完成时。
现在时表示现在有threaten，那么往前，过去式已经可以了。

过去完成时不对，是因为这里没有需要比较时间先后的时间状语或逻辑意思。而且，B选项中，后面的那个had多余了。
