A 的意思就是除了各买10张（就是第二个条件）这个算法可以得出4.4外，没有别的算法了

A is right.

0.29*10 + 0.15*10 = 4.40.  There is no other possibilities because to get zero on the cents, you have to get even numbers of both stamps.
