是说老人还要供养小孩子，增加的退休金就又不够了

楼上说错了。
老人的子女通常也补充一些老人收入，但是只是补充到老人收入总额足够老人维持一个舒适的生活。
比如原来老人养老金收入1000，舒适生活需要2000，那子女就补充1000
现在政府增加养老金收入使得变成了1200, 此时子女仅仅补充800，老人还是只有2000,所以经济状况没有改变

哦就是说子女只是补充到能使老人生活维持comfortable那个固定水平？此消彼长？

这道题目给的答案错了，应该是C，OG12第22题
