1. 表达能不能,为了表达得更准确,如果是可能性用can,如果是能力be able to.
2. 否定尽量用not+adj.不要用unadj.因为unadj不够准确

出现情态动词一般不能随意删除。can最好保留

D中weather conditions that are not foreseeable的定语从句显得罗嗦，完全可以用形容词定语搞定

我觉的是foreseeable表示能力，同be able to，weather condition没有foresee的能

力，只有人有，所以用can+被动的语态表示能被“人”预测出。所以选B。

我做的时候也错了这道，所以就这样理解的。不知道对不对。

我是这样理解的 因为pilot errors后面跟了动词 cause ，所以为了平行weather conditions后面就是cannot be foreseen，还有就是动词foresee>形容词forseeable，不知道对不对呐哈

我觉得应该是通过平行对称的原则来判断选B吧，
D中 "and" 前面是个主系表结构，后面是个主谓宾结构，
而B中的 "and" 前后都是主谓宾结构，更符合平行对称原则

所以答案选B

B表示（不能被预测的）天气状况。D表示天气状况不能被预测，是个非名词的句子，无论在语义还是在语法结构上都不如B好
