贴个答案呗？这道题目是选E?
还不知道对不对，先谈谈自己的思路。OG里面一直强调说平行结构要工整，即使不是平行结构，工整的表达不容易引起歧义。所以应该是rate和rate之间的比较。CD说的是fatty food的rate，改变了原意，AB中although所带的从句的主语是人，不是rate，不够工整。所以选E.
