是说E选项还能这样看：1）now的位置一般不能改变;
2）n+ that+ be+ adj 不对，因为n +that +be +adj不简洁。但是名词areas和that隔开了,难道这也算是n+ that+ be+ adj？
还请各位在回答我一句，这个（2）能推广到所有语法题吗？

now是副词，副词的位置一般如下：
1）修饰谓语动词的时候，通常在句子的开头或者结尾
2）修饰其他副词或者形容词的时候，要在被修饰词的前面并且紧邻
本题now作为副词修饰temperate这个形容词，所以now temperate才是正确的表达方式
