各位帮忙看看这一道GWD问的是什么，读不懂啊。晕了。

我认为答案是B
设16x为1 这是最小的情况了 得出 x为0.0625 设16x为2 则 x为0.125  这时候就发现 没法得知他的十分位一定为零
设8x为1 得出 x为0.125 为2时 x为0.25  为3时 x为0.375 直到x接近1而不等于1的时候 发现十分位永远是nonzero.

哦，原来这题是问x的十分位是不是为0.我就看不明白题目问的是什么
