原文的结论是：尽管station增加了，但因为RDS和以前的数量一样，最终推出结论在该

地区收到special program information 的人数也不会增加~~人数不会增加使这道题的结论

A正好排出了使结论不成立的一种可能性，就是那些94年后新增加了的人们并不包括以前已

经能收到special program information 的人们，是结论的一个assumption

D选项说的是在96年没有收到special program的人们在94年以后也没有收到~~这跟人数增加

没有关系啊~~这些人没收到的还是没收到

我觉得A的意思 是：很少有1994之后的RDS radio station 向那些生活在没被RDS stations覆盖的地区 但是有RDS-equipped radios的人广播。
LS的 “A直译：1994年向Verdland广播的电台（即便是有）也很少不能将信号发送到有特殊设备的人所居住的地区。”
这个“不能发信号”是怎么翻译的呢？。。原句里面没有“不能”的意思啊

我觉得这里的D出得很阴险，取非之后看起来是可以削弱，但题干里已经说了Radio stations with radio datasystem (RDS) technology broadcast special program information that only radioswith an RDS feature can receive. 所以没有这种收音机的人本来就不在考虑范围内

A，同意LS观点，应该是“很少能发信号”

我的思路：先去掉A中的few if any,则意思是1994年后的stations有向那些有设备但因

为没有stations 而接受不到special program information 的人广播，所以the number of

Verdlanders receiving the special program information increase .削弱了原文的结论。

加上few if any则是否定掉了使原文不成立的一个原因，是加强。
