My choice is A.

分析如下：
more than/ as many as 等表示比较关系，前后结构要对等。
这样就只有A和B，
B中使用现在完成时表示从过去开始，持续到现在。
题目中比较的就是现在和过去比，用现在完成时会有逻辑错误。

从语义上来说，Ａ用的是were  那说明现在已经不这么干了 那就不用expect了

从平行的角度上来说，more than前后的动词搭配要一致。A是do和were
  B是do 和 have been                   C是be和have been
这里其实不存在楼上说的什么过去和现在对比  事实上要比对的是未来和现在

那么C选项的have been 就是前者。to be more 就是将来是这样意思吗？
那么按照楼上所说的more than前后的动词搭配要一致，c的 C是be和have been又应该如何理解。
