more than 前后是两独立的句子，翻译为不仅仅或不只是，they do 不能省，省了导致比较混乱。虚拟是将来发生，目前还没发生。

但这里只有一个主语，并且是自己跟自己比，应该是可以省略

谢谢。这个我以前一点都不知道。我还以为是个错误表达。

那么至少D的语法是没有问题了

不过我还有个疑问，虽然有点咬文嚼字的嫌疑，呵呵

To graduate的确是个不容易确定的动词，是个结果。我的意思是有可能graduate，也有可能不graduate，如果仅凭pass所有科目的话

但develop不一样。虽然know more并不一定导致accurate forecasts，但develop是一定的。

我的意思是，我还不知道是选would have to do还是have to do的逻辑决定因素。

umm....我覺得"to develop more accurate population forecasts"不能如LZ說的拆開來想....因為如果如LZ說的, know more一定會令到develop, develop什麼呢?

沒有根據的--->我覺得對scientific research之類的proposal, 就如一般的proposal一樣, 要用不決定的語氣.

有根據的(OG/Prep/GWD上很多)--->proposal一樣, 要用不決定的語氣.

我觉得"前人"忽略了一点，凡是没现在没有做到，但是希望现在能做到的，用虚拟语气。所以to graduate这个句子不能拿来和讨论的题目对比因为没有“现在”要怎么样的意思。如果改为下面就更清楚了：

To get 700+ in GMAT, I have to get high score in both math and verbal sections. (表一个客观，或者将来要做的状态）

To get 700+ in GMAT, I would have to get higher score in verbal. （表一个我已经考完了没有上700，虚拟要上700的话verbal应该更高一点的状态）。

请NN指教。
