我觉得还是synthesize优于make a synthetic growth的问题导致it指代的变化

时发生，不符合原意。
B：learn how to synthesize应该在painstakingly removed之后，所以后者应该用过去完成时

而前者用过去时，B中用反了。
C：答案。
D：it指代的是synthetic growth hormone. 这个东西在painstakingly removed的时候还没被

合成出来，不符合逻辑。
E：it变成learning的主语了，不对。
