可能是句意改了吧。。a没错，用了现在的时态，e没必要改成过去吧 而且有个逗号，让drawing 有修饰adult的可能 所以选a
25也是意思。a项base on的逻辑主语是那个scholars 吧，意思不对啊。用using修饰学者没问题 e

base on我查到的例句里没有指人的，可能就是不这么用吧

我认为21题是amass和draw的时间是有先后顺序的，先amass，然后now draw，所以不能用现在发生的事来补充描述已经发生的事
25题中paint和use其实是同时发生的，所以可以来用其中一件来补充描述另外一件事，至于为什么用using而不是having used，我也说不清楚，也许use这个词比较特殊，我没有查到having used做状语的句子
