选D没有起到削弱，反而有加强的意思。因为它说“没有受益的病人和受益的病人一样得到了手术风险性的告知”。既然没有受益和受益的病人从医院获得的信息完全一致，所以题干中所说医生练技能及想赚钱的结论就不成立了。
而E讲，没有受益的病人是因为医学上无法辨别造成的手术失败，不是医生个人行为。故削弱了题干中的结论。

我也是选C的，做的时候我想如果消费者利用打印机的次数不多，那也不用经常换墨水合， 那就算是卖墨水也赚不了钱~后来就选c了

就算不是因为医学上无法辨别，那些不成功的手术也不是手术之前医生就知道手术不成功还劝说病人动手术的吧？
