但是Ｂ理解的好像不对，我的理解是河里的医学物质能够中和其他有害物质。这样看，消除这些医学物质就不能中和那些有害物质，因此对公众无利。
Ｅ致病菌在这些物质的河里产生了抵抗力，关键是对（医学物质）产生了抵抗力，因此在治疗中患者摄入的医学物质不能有效地杀死致病菌，进而清除这些物质，不让病菌产生抵抗力对公众更加有利～
