请问为什么（2）不能推出？exactly是指只有四个吗？那么不是可以推出所问的一定不成立吗！

No2求解思路如下:

题目中隐含的一个关系是x+y = 1，这里求x是否小于0.8，C=6.5x+8.5y可以变成：c = 6.5x + 8.5(1-x) =>  x = (8.5 - c)/2

那么对于条件1，y>0.15，由x+y =1只能知道x<0.85，不充分

对于条件2，C>= 7.3，根据x=(8.5-c)/2可以知道，C取值越小，x的值越大，所以，把C=7.3代入，得到x的最大值为0.6，所以可以充分得到x < 0.8
