本题中 about是介词 后面怎么可以跟S+V结构呢？如果worked不是动词，那么分号前面完全就不是一个句子了吧？

个人见解， C中的about是修饰 one-third ，中文翻译就成了“大约三分之一的母亲，这个“ about one-third of mothers with young children"是主语，  就像后半句中的ALMOST一样，就是修饰 two-thirds
