条件1，x和y的最大公因数是10。那么x和y可能是10和30，也有可能是40和50，所以他们的乘积就不是确定的，可以是300也可以是2000，因此条件1不充分。

再看条件2，x和y的最小公倍数是180，那么x和y有可能是10和180，也有可能是5和36，所以他们的乘积就不是确定的，可以是1800也可以是180，因此条件2不充分。

综合条件1和2，只有10和180这种情况满足条件。所以可求得xy=1800

所以选C。
