可是我觉得c是正确的,traffic death减少的原因是21岁以下的人驾车人数增加了,分母增加了,所以比率减少了。。

C肯定不对,有没有车和车祸发生无关。酒后驾车可以制造车祸,而酒后没车也可以被撞死,导致车祸。题目没告诉你就不要自己揣测,硬把交通事故和驾车联系在一起。你没车,喝醉了走到大街上,也可以因为各种原因导致Alcohol-related traffic deaths。所以c是标准的无关选项。

B是相对比较有关的,虽然第一眼一看觉得不是答案。但重新比较一遍答案时,B还是相关的

有一点楼主需要注意,文章说21岁以下的人的饮酒量在1990年与之前差不多

那么如果在其他情况不变的情况下,由饮酒引起的交通事故比例应该也差不多,如果如C所说,基数增加了,那么事故总数也会增加,比例不会变

而B说的是21岁以下的人在家以外饮酒的情况减少了,也就是更多的人在家饮酒(减少了饮酒后在回家路上发生交通事故的可能),这就很好的解释了饮酒量没有减少而由饮酒引起的交通事故减少并存的原因
