in the united states,p** is one of the first female unions organized by the waitress. thereason for waitress to build this union is that: their workswere full time and the waitress received low wages, with similarsituations each other . but at first, they met lots of obstacles to build it(very formidable). firstly, there existed some mix-sex unions wheremale members dominated , and women was very difficult to enter intothem, because the male members think that scale of wages and other reasonsexisted between male and female. moreover, male members were reluctant to helpfemale to build a whole female union. in spite of these difficulties, thewaitress did not give it up. because they thought that they were in a lowposition such as low wages and no opportunities to promote, they wanted to builda female union to change their current conditions.

1P 讲female团体是怎么产生的，waitress建议组建一个union，这个union和餐饮业其他的union相比比较特别，一个是因为其他的都是基于occupation的（题目，为什么特别，我选了这个），还有一个是因为怎样怎样。以及产生过程中遇到的阻力（来自male团体的阻力，有题）。之后说男的好像很不同意这个union成立，这种阻力主要是由于他们有conflicton 高亮部分conflictwith。。。，such as 某些方面（有题，问高亮部分举例啥意思，我选的conflict的同义词disagreement）
