今天一top20学校给了我feedback（我在waiting list上）: writing skill : needs improvement, made some typical mistakes which Asian applicants usually make oral communication : have accents (they state that I could express myself very well in the interview, however, have accents). Recommend for accent reduction program. 老实说，我挺吃惊的，我以为没有manager title可能是WL我的原因，没想到是文笔和口音。（我在美快6年了，虽说是engineer background，也不至于这么差吧） 个人觉得，这两个都不是什么致命的问题，有必要这么强调吗？还是adcom有什么其他的feedback没有直接说？ 现在准备找人1v1的联系，然后再写篇essay，请问还有什么建议，多谢
